摘要 对比了木材的微波辅助苯醇抽提和传统方法的分离效果。从含量测定角度看 ,微波辅助法确实表现出了省时、高效的优点 ,但是抽提出成分的傅立叶红外光谱分析表明 ,两种方法的苯醇抽提物的组成有明显差别 ,而这种差别在乙醚萃取物组成上表现不明显 ,可能是微波能使极性物质产生瞬间的高热 ,会增加溶出或使其官能团发生了变化 ,改变了抽提物的组成。 The benzene-ethanol extraction of wood by microwave assistant was compared with that by traditional method. The microwave assistant extraction was more time-saving and effective in the aspect of quantity. However, the extractives’FTIR showed that the components of the two extractives were significantly different, and the differences of the ether extractives were little. Analyses show that high temperature in the polarity components, which was caused by microwave energy, might improve dissolution or make those function groups changed, and finally change the extractive components.
