摘要
分析了超声马达调相调速的机理 ,提出了基于单片机控制的超声马达调相调速系统 ,并且对该系统的重要环节进行了原理研究 ,设计了实用的压频变换移相控制电路、功率驱动放大电路及反馈检测电路。实验表明 ,该系统具有低速起动平滑 ,线性度好 ,无需换向开关 ,调相调速范围宽等优点。此外该系统对谐振频率实施在线搜索跟踪 。
The mechanism and the system of phase modulation and speed governing for ultrasonic motor are respectively analysed and proposed.With the use of microprocessor control, the important part of principle for this system is researched.At the same time,its practical shift phase control circuit by voltage frequency switching, the circuit of power driving and magnifying,and the circuit of feedback checking are introduced. Experiments show that the system has good performances,for example,flat at low speed starting,good linearity, no switch off to exchange direction,wide area for adjusting speed by modulating phase and so on.In addition,this system can scan and track resonance frequency in real time way and maintain good performance of ultrasonic motor.
