摘要
针对油井套管发生错断、变形 ,以及套补以后 ,常规的桥塞无法满足分采采油的要求 ,研制了Y4 4 5—10 5型桥塞 ,并在现场进行了试验。桥塞外径比常规的缩小 8~ 10mm ,可以在 139套管变形尺寸大于 110mm位置通过 ,并完成坐封、丢手和打捞 ,节约了大量修井费用 ,提高了分采工艺的有效率。文中介绍了该桥塞的结构、原理、主要技术参数、现场试验等。
According to the oil well casing failure,deformation and casing patch,conventional bridge plug couldn't realize selective zone production,so Y445-105 bridge plug is developed and applied in field.It is smaller than the conventional bridge plug of 8~10mm,this bridge plug can go through the reformation size that larger than 110mm in 139mm casing,then complete setting,decohesion and fishing.It is indicated that the bridge plug can reduces workover expense and improve the effectiveness of selective zone production.This paper introduces briefly the structure,working principle,main technical parameter and field test of the small-diameter bridge plug.
