摘要
本文认为,文献计量学是使情报学发展成独立学科的主要因素,文献计量学具备了作为一门学科特征方法的两个基本条件,并具有定量性,创造性,先时性,动态性等特点。
This paper considers that the bibliometrics becomes a independent disciplinary, the main factor is its methodoiogical meaning even more,as the characteristic method of information science, bibliometrics has two bas(?)c conditions and it has some characteristics: quantitative, creative, foresightive and dynam(?)c nature, the formation and development of bibliometric method has much inspiration for methodological research of information science.
