摘要
本文通过对盘式制动器项目的研究和试验,结合下运带式输送机的制动特点和要求,介绍了自冷盘式制动器的关键技术问题及其解决方法,包括制动器的制动力矩调节系统、制动盘的散热研究和无火花闸衬的研制等,并阐述了盘式制动器在下运输送机上使用的可靠性及其推广应用前景。
Based the research and experiment on disc brakes and combined with the brake characteristics and requirements of downward belt conveyor, the paper introduces the key technological problems and relevant solutions of selfcooled disc brakes, including the study of torque adjustment system, heatdissipating of braking disc and the development of sparkless brake lining. The paper also explains the reliability and application foreground of disc brakes used for the downward belt conveyors.
