摘要
针刺非织造织物因其优异的性能而广泛应用于土木工程中。文章主要阐述了3种主要的针刺工艺参数对非织造织物各项性能的影响;指出针刺密度、针刺深度及针刺道数对织物结构、机械性能及透气性和过滤性都有着重要影响,在生产过程中应根据实际需要合理选择。
Needle-punched nonwoven fabrics are widely used in civil engineering projects due to their outstanding properties. The article points out that 3 key process parameters, namely punching density, punching depth and punching cycle have important influence on the structure, physical property, permeability and filterability of nonwoven fabrics, so it is necessary to set the parameters properly depending on practical production.
