摘要
本文介绍了超声波探伤时近场区(N以内)实际声压与理想声压的分布情况,对钛合金3N以内超声波探伤采用大平底计算法和试块比较法的结果进行了对比分析,讨论了3N以内(1.5N以外)采用计算法调节探伤灵敏度的可行性。
This paper first introduces the distribution of real and ideal pressures in near field (within the N zone) for ultrasonic detections. The detection results are then analyzed in the 3N zone of Titanium alloys respectively by using the flat-bottom calculation method and the block comparative method. Finally, the suitability to adjust the detection sensitivity through calculation within the zone of[1.5N, 3N] is discussed.
