摘要
本文对不同的热处理制度下TC18的显微组织和力学性能进行了分析。结果表明;随着等温退火温度的升高,等轴α相不断长大,等轴α相数量增加,针状α相含量逐渐减少;强度不断降低,塑性变化不大。另外,双重退火的强度明显高于与等温退火,塑性变化不大。
The microstructures and mechanical properties of TC18 alloy bars after different heat treatments were analysed. The results showed that with the increasing of the isothermal annealing temperature,the equiaxed α phase grew up and its quantity increased while the content of acicular α decreased. At the same time,the strength decreased,but the plasticity changed slightly.Besides,the strength by duplex annealing was higher than that by isothermal annealing and the plasticity changed slightly.
