摘要
香港破产管理署是香港破产法律制度中重要的官方机构,兼具行政性、程序性及监督性,并在破产程序的推动、破产管理人的监管以及特殊破产案件的妥善解决等方面发挥巨大作用。本文探讨分析香港破产管理署的职能、作用与制度价值,将能更深地发掘官方破产管理机构的价值,为我国内地的破产案件处置、破产程序完善提供更多的启示。
The official receiver’s office of Hong Kong is an important official organ in the bankruptcy law system of Hong Kong.It is both administrative,procedural and supervisory.The discussion and analysis of the functions,functions and institutional values of the Hong Kong official receiver’s office will further explore the value of the official receiver’s office and provide more inspirations for the disposal of bankruptcy cases and the improvement of bankruptcy procedures in China's Mainland.
