摘要
本文主要通过问卷调查法、数理统计法和实验法,探讨尊巴舞对女性的身体健康效果的影响,以期给女性提供更好的健身方式.通过12周的实验,结果显示,尊巴舞对女性的身体健康有较好地效果,能显著提高女性的身体素质,如台阶试验和立定跳远成绩.尊巴舞在减肥效果方面也有显著性差异.
This paper explores the influence of zumba to female physical health through questionnaire sur -vey , mathematical statistics and experimental method , so as to provide a better way of fitness for female .After the experiment of 12 weeks, the results show that zumba has good effect to female health , and it can improve female physical quality significantly , such as improving the performance of step test and standing long jump . Zumba also has significant differences in weight loss .
