说明了海陆热力差异是形成季风环流的最根本因素;大气环流是主要因素;青藏高原影响起决定性作用.
This paper illustrates that the difference of heating power bet-ween the ocean and continent is the most essential factor in forming a monsooncirculation;atmospheric circulation is the main factor;the influence of Qing-hai-Xizang Plateau plays a determinant role.
