摘要
目前,DNA检测已广泛地应用于道路交通事故案件的侦破工作。同样,其在铁路交通事故肇事机车的认定中也具有举足轻重的地位。由于火车相对于汽车具有质量大、速度快、需按列车运行图行驶等特点,在火车机车上提取相关生物检材的方法也具有特殊性。在铁路交通事故中,肇事机车处于室外暴露环境,易被污染,而且受阳光暴晒等作用后DNA易于降解。基于STR复合扩增技术的DNA检验,由于其具有准确率高、灵敏度高、种属特异性好,对微量降解检材亦可获得较好结果的特点,在铁路交通事故肇事机车的认定中必将发挥重要作用。
At present,DNA has been widely used in the investigation of road traffic accidents. Similarly,ithas also played a decisive role in identifying the locomotives of railway traffic accidents. Compared withautomobiles,trains have some special characters,such as large mass,high speed,travelling according toschedule,etc. It is also special to extract biological samples from the locomotives. In a railway traffic accident,thelocomotive is open to the air,so it is easy to get polluted and the DNA is easily to be degraded from being exposedunder the sun. The DNA test based on STR technique is bound to play an important role in identifying thelocomotives of railway traffic accidents because it has high accuracy and sensibility and good effect in testing tinydegradablematerial.
