摘要
本文在引论部分简述了大吨位架桥机的技术与装备同高速铁路及海湾大桥建设的相关性;我国高铁现状与发展规划;我国高铁通向世界的蓝图;相关海湾大桥(长江大桥)架梁工艺;进而得出了关于大吨位架桥机在国内外有着良好发展前景的论断。接着在正文部分回顾和论述了高速铁路架桥机概念的创立及首个关于大吨位架桥机项目《高速铁路预制梁架设设备技术参数和结构方案研究》在我国的研发;国家重大技术装备研制规划项目(科技攻关)《铁路客运专线重大装备桥梁铺架技术研究和成套设备研制》的研发;河北省重大技术创新项目《隧道内外通用架桥机组的研制与应用》的研发;获得国家科技进步奖的我国首台900 t级架桥机;可以自由通过隧道的另外两种架桥机(运架一体机);1 600 t级双幅架桥机(杭州湾大桥);科威特用中国超大型架桥机组(1 800 t级);双层四线公铁两用钢桥整孔架设用3000t/120m特种架桥机及相配套的超大型钢桁梁整孔制造和装运一体化新技术;TP75m/1200t节段拼装架桥机(苏通长江大桥);DP1000型预制梁段低位与高位拼装通用架桥机;我国大吨位架桥机的发明专利及其实机开发。最后,对我国大吨位架桥机装备与技术的水平进行了评估:首先介绍国外同类产品现状概况,再评估我国同类产品当前水平。以上述各点作为一路衔接的各个驿站,描绘出我国大吨位架桥机从创始到世界领先一条艰辛而又康庄的飞跃发展之路。这条不平凡之路值得我们回顾,更值得我们展望。
This article briefly introduces the correlation between large-tonnage beam erection machine technology and equipment and construction of high-speed railway and the bay bridge in its introduction section; current situation and development plan of China's high-speed railway; blueprint of China's high-speed railway going overseas; beam erection technology of the bay bridge( Yangtze River Bridge); and then it draws it draws the conclusion that large-tonnage beam erection machine has a good development prospect both at home and abroad. Then its main part of this article reviews and discusses the creation of the concept of high-speed railway beam erection machine and research and developing of the first large-tonnage beam erection machine project in China: Study on Technical Parameters and Structure Scheme of Prefabricated Beam Erection Equipment for High-Speed Railway,national major technical equipment research and planning project( breakthrough in science and technology) : Research and Development of Major Bridge Beam Erection and Laying Equipment Technology and Complete Set of Equipment,Major Technological Innovation Project in Heibei Province: Developing and Application of Universal Bridging Machine Unit Used both in and outside of Tunnels,the first 900 t beam erection machinewhich won National Prize for Progress in Science and Technology,another two beam erection machine which can pass through tunnels freely( a integrated machine of transporting and erection),1 600 t double width bridge beam erection machine( Hangzhou Bay Bridge),China's super-major bridge beam erection machine used in Kuwait( 1 800 t),3000 t /120 m special beam erection machine and new technology of integration of full opening manufacturing and combination of loading and transporting with its matched super steel longeron for highway-and-railway steel bridge with double levels and four lines,TP75 m /1200 t assembled beam erection machine( Suzhou Yangtse River Bridge),DP1000 style prefabricated beam segment of low and high assembling universal bridge erecting machine; invention patent and development of large-tonnage bridge beam erection machine in China. Finally,this article makes an assessment of China's large-tonnage bridge beam erection equipment and its technological ability by first introducing present situation of oversea similar products,then assessing current level of the similar products in China. The above-mentioned points,as courier stations linking different places,depict a hard and bright by-leaps-and-bounds development road of China's large-tonnage beam erection machine since its beginning to leading position in the world. This unusual rood is worth of our retrospect and expectation.
