摘要
以苏州市轨道交通2号线延伸线新发路站~星华街站区间隧道工程为背景,基于FLAC3D软件,对土压平衡盾构穿越富水粉细砂层进行模拟。数值模拟结果表明,土压平衡盾构机在富水粉细砂层施工会引起明显的规律性地表变形,并与监测数据基本吻合。根据模拟结果,优化掘进参数,显著降低了土压平衡盾构机在富水粉细砂层施工引起的地表沉降。
Taking the tunnel project of Xinfalu Station to Xinghuajie Station of the extension of Metro Line 2 in Suzhou as a background,simulation of earth pressure balance shield tunneling in water-rich sandy layer is established based on the FLAC3 D software. Numerical simulation results show that the earth pressure balance shield will cause ground settlement obviously with a certain degree of regularity in water-rich sandy layer,which consistent with the monitoring data. According to the simulation results,tunneling parameters are optimized,thus ground settlement caused by shield tunneling in water-rich sandy layer is reduced significantly.
