摘要
研究当预期交通需求超过容量时的起飞着陆协同优化问题,终端区系统容量由各定位点和跑道的容量所限制.建立了考虑两种计算情况和两种优化策略的整数规划数学模型,两种情况为:引入定位点容量限制和不计定位点容量限制.两种优化策略为:固定容量分配和优化容量分配.计算表明,引入定位点容量限制下的优化容量分配方案能较好的满足交通需求.
This paper considers the coordinated optimization of airport terminal area landing and takeoff when expecting demand approach or exceed capacity. Terminal area capacity is limited by fixes and runway. An integer programming mathematic model is setup, which cover two cases and two decision policies, two cases are with or without fix limitation, and two decision policies are fixed capacity allot and optimized capacity allot. Calculation result indicate that including fix limitation with optimized capacity allot policy can match traffic demand better.
