摘要
针对过程装备与控制工程专业实验教学与科研的需要,建设开发了两套过程装备控制实验装置。该实验装置完全可模拟工业生产中过程装备的温度、压力、流量、液位等工艺参数的自动控制;并且该实验装置设计的被控对象可实现变化多样的组态实验流程,满足不同专业自动化控制科研与教学的需要。
This paper developed two sets of control experimental apparatus for process equipment in order to meet the experimental teaching and study for the Major of Process Equipment & Control Engineering. This experimental apparatus can simulate the automatic control of the technological parameters of process equipment, such as temperature, pressure, flow, liquid position, etc. And the controlled object of the experimental apparatus can accomplish the combined variations of the technological flow process to meet the requirement of different control engineering.
