摘要
耕地抛荒是当前我国农村十分突出的问题。但在当前对耕地抛荒的研究中,尚存在概念不清、缺乏评价指标和定量化研究的问题,阻碍了研究的深入。本文给耕地抛荒进行了界定,并对衡量抛荒的指标进行了设计。
It's a serious problem that there are many disused arable lands (DAL) in rural area at present. In the study of DAL, there are some problems such as indefinite concept, absence of evaluation indexes and quantitative research, which hinder to study it in a deep-going way. By analysis, DAL can be defined as a status that cultivated lands are left unused or made no full use owing to the peasants' subjective abandonment. Degree of DAL, area of DAL and loss of DAL are main evaluation indexes. The study will go deep and provide convenience to the rural work.
