摘要
城市排涝泵站的设计是堤防设计中必不可少的工作,其设计标准的高低对投资和排涝效果影响极大,标准过高浪费资源,过低抽排能力不足,解决不了排涝的问题,但目前全国还没有统一规定的标准。就广西的排涝标准而言,地级市为雨洪同期20年一遇(P=5%)最大24h暴雨洪水在24h内排干,县级市则相应降低。利用概率组合原理,对广西采用的雨洪同期分析法推求的治涝标准的合理性及其统计方法的适用性进行了分析和探讨,不但成果基本合理,而且统计方法是可行的。
The design for pumping station is the necessary work to the design for dike,the standard for design high or low will be a big effect to the investment.Too high waste the resource and too low the capability of controlling is not enough,and cannot resolve the problem of water logging control.To now there is not a uni -form standard all through the country.To Guangxi 's standard for water logging control,in the region-class cities the standard is both-flood-encounter once twenty years(P=5%),the biggest24h precipitation flood is drained off in24h,the standard in county-class cities is lower accordingly.Using the probability synthesis prin ciples the text analyses and probes the rationality to the standard for water logging control and applicability for statis-tical method,the result is not only rational but also the statistical method is feasible.
