摘要
研究相容剂对EPDM/Kevlar浆粕复合材料物理性能的影响。Kevlar浆粕可提高EPDM的强伸性能,但两者相容性差。对Kevlar浆粕表面进行水解处理,并加入活性相容剂HMA,可使复合材料的拉伸强度和扯断伸长率大大提高。动态力学分析和SEM观察结果表明,相容剂HMA改善了Kevlar浆粕与EPDM的界面粘合性,使应力得到更好转移。
The effect of the compatibilizer on the physical properties of EPDM/Kevlar pulp composite was investigated.The tensile strength and elongation at break of EPDM could be improved by Kevlar pulp,but the compatibility between these two materials was quite poor.The tensile strength and elongation at break of the composite could be significantly improved by watertreating the Kevlar pulp surface and adding the active compatibilizer HMA.It was found from the dynamic mechanical analysis and SEM observation that the boundary adhesion between EPDM and Kevlar pulp was improved by HMA,and the stress was properly transferred.
