摘要
文章通过分析冷链配送成本构成,基于时间和品质满意度约束分别构建单车型和多车型VRP模型,设计局部精英单亲遗传算法,并对比分析单车型和多车型配送成本差异。结果显示:多车型混合配送模式较单车型更能有效降低成本,且改进的局部精英单亲遗传算法具有更好的收敛性与稳定性;同时揭示了满意度随成本优化过程的变化趋势,表明满意度约束多车型VRP模型更适合冷链配送调度,为企业寻求成本与满意度均衡提供决策支持。
This paper first analyzes the cost composition of cold chain distribution, and uses the constraints of time and quality satisfaction to respectively construct the vehicle routing problem(VRP) model for single-type and multi-type vehicle. Then the paper designs the local elite parthenogenetic algorithm, and makes a comparison and analysis on the cost difference of single model and multi-model distribution. The results show that the multi-type vehicle hybrid distribution model can effectively reduce the cost, and the improved local elite parthenogenetic algorithm has better convergence and stability;meanwhile, the trend of satisfaction changing with the cost optimization process is revealed, indicating that the multi-type vehicle VRP model with satisfaction constraints is more suitable for cold-chain distribution scheduling, which provides decision support for enterprises to seek cost and satisfaction balance.
