转动和旋流对压气机级间封严影响的数值研究 被引量:12

Numerical Study for Effects of Rotation and Swirl on Labyrinth Sealing in a Compressor Stator Well

摘要 对压气机级间封严篦齿进行了流场数值模拟。基于文献实验数据,进行了湍流模型的验证。在稳态条件下获得了带有进出口旋转盘腔的篦齿泄漏特性、风阻温升特性和旋流特性,对比了系统特性和篦齿特性。研究了转速(3~12kr/min)和进口旋转比(0~0.4)对级间篦齿密封的流量系数、风阻温升和出口旋转比的影响。结果表明随着转速的增大,流量系数减小,风阻温升和出口旋转比增大;随着进口旋转比的增大,流量系数和风阻温升减小,出口旋转比增大。 Numerical simulations of the comprehensive performances of a straight-through labyrinth in a compressor stator well were carried out. Based on the experimental data in the literature,turbulence model was verified. The steady-state sealing characteristics,windage heating characteristics,and swirl characteristics of a straight-through labyrinth seal with inlet and outlet rotating disc cavities,were studied closely. In addition,the system results and the labyrinth results were compared. Effects of parameters such as rotational speed(3~12kr/min)and inlet swirl ratio(0~0.4)on the discharge coefficient, windage heating, outlet swirl ratio were stud?ied. The results show that with the increasing of rotational speed,the discharge coefficient decreases,while the windage temperature increasing, and outlet swirl ratio increases also. With the increasing of inlet swirl ratio, the discharge coefficient and windage temperature decreases,while the outlet swirl ratio increases.
