摘要
为了探讨功能沟通训练对自闭症谱系障碍者问题行为的干预效果,对国外近10年单一被试试验研究的结果进行元分析,共获得21篇文献和58个独立研究,采用Tau干预效应不受被试的性别、年龄、问题行为的类型、问题行为的功能、功能沟通方式的影响;干预情境方面,在学校和治疗室情境中进行干预的效应,好于在家进行干预;在干预措施方面,功能沟通训练结合延迟强化的干预效应显著高于功能沟通训练结合社会故事法。
To examine the efficacy of functional communication training intervention for decreasing problem behaviors of people with autism spectrum disorder,a meta-analysis of the single-case research was conducted. This meta-analysis included 21 single-case studies and 58 independent researches last decade that evaluated the impact of functional communication training on challenging behaviors in people with ASD. Effects were measured using Tau effective size. Results suggested that functional communication training had strong effects overall. Moderator analysis indicated that there was no significant difference across gender,age,kind and function of challenging behavior,and communication mode. Functional communication training intervention was more effective in clinic and classroom than in family.Functionalcommunication trainingand delayreinforcement.
