摘要
提出了一种基于有限元模拟纳米压痕过程的分析材料塑性性能的方法 .用有限元方法模拟纳米压痕过程 ,通过比较有限元计算所得的压力 -压深曲线和实际纳米压痕试验得到的曲线 ,反复修正就得出材料的塑性性能 .经检验 ,有限元分析得到的应力 -应变曲线和材料实际的应力 -应变曲线吻合得非常好 。
This paper demonstrated a method to find the plastic properties using finite element simulation of the nanoindentation process. After knowing the correct material stress strain relations, a full loading and unloading process were simulated by FE. The obtained stress strain relation through finite element was compared with the actual material's stress strain curve and good correlation was achieved. This indicates the validity of the procedure to obtain the material plastic property. Hence, this technique to obtain the full stress strain relation is applicable.
