The research progress of tissue engineering bone for repair of bone defect
摘要
复习相关文献,综合性报道种子细胞、生物材料及组织工程骨替代被修复重建组织的研究。指出了目前存在的问题和今后的研究方向。
A literature review was written to introduce the seeded cell、biomaterials,and tissue engineering bone represent tissue of repair and reconstructure to bone defect repair.The article reviewed the development of bone tissue engineering and current limitation.
