摘要 智能建造是工程建造领域的发展方向,是新形势下铁路工程建设发展的必然趋势。结合当前新一轮铁路建设新形势,分析铁路建设领域智能建造技术的应用现状和不足,探讨高速铁路智能建造技术未来发展方向、关键技术和基础保障,为智能建造技术在铁路建设领域的推广应用提供新的思路。在建设数字化智能铁路的大趋势下,依托中国铁路总公司工程建设管理平台,初步构建以建设单位为主导的智能建造管理体系,对铁路工程全生命周期建设的新型管理模式和创新实践途径进行探索。 The future of engineering construction is based on intelligent building technology,which is the inevitable trend of railway engineering construction under the new situation.Combined with the current new railway construction condition,this paper examines the present application and deficiencies of intelligent building technology in railway construction field,presents views on the future development direction,key technology and basic guarantee of intelligent construction technology for high-speed railway,and provides new ideas for the popularization of intelligent building technology in railway construction field.Under the general trend of building digital intelligent railways,relying on the engineering construction management platform of CHINA RAILWAY,this paper presents a preliminary idea of the intelligent building management system with construction companies as the lead,and explores a new management mode and a path of innovative practice for the life-cycle construction of railway engineering projects.
