摘要
基于的开采条件,本文介绍了MB670掘锚一体机的性能及参数,阐述了掘锚一体机在金庄煤业公司3-5~#层北四盘区8404首采面2404运输平巷的掘进工艺、巷道支护以及劳动组织情况,掘锚一体机在金庄煤业公司的应用实现了最高月进尺686 m,大大提高了煤巷的掘进速度,确保了安全高效回采工作面的正常接续。
This paper introduces the performance and parameters of the MB670 tunnel-anchoring machine,and expounds the driving technology,roadway support and labor organization of the machine in 2404 ground of 8404 first mining face in north fourth panel of 3-5~#seam of Jinzhuang Coal Industry Company.The application of the tunnelanchoring machine in the company has achieved the maximum monthly excavation of 686 m,which greatly improves the excavation speed of coal roadway and ensures the normal continuation of safe and efficient mining face.
