血清胱蛋白酶抑制剂C在评价肾功能中的意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的 评价血清胱蛋白酶抑制剂C(cystatinC ,CysC)在肾功能损害诊断中的临床价值。 方法  5 6例不同程度肾功能损害患者及 30例健康体检者分别测定肾小球滤过率、血清胱蛋白酶抑制剂C及血肌酐 ,并进行比较。结果 在肾功能损害患者中 ,血清胱蛋白酶抑制剂C、血肌酐均显著增高 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,且在肾功能损害早期 ,血清胱蛋白酶抑制剂C较血肌酐的升高更显著 (P <0 .0 2 5 ) ;血清胱蛋白酶抑制剂C与GFR呈负相关 (r =- 0 .92 ) ,较血肌酐与GFR负相关 (r=- 0 .86 )更好。结论 血清胱蛋白酶抑制剂C对评价肾小球滤过功能有一定临床价值 ,尤其肾功能损害的早期更敏感。 Objective To evaluate the value of serum cyst atin C(Cys C) in the diagnosis of renal impairment.Methods GFR,serum Cys C,serum creatinine(Scr) level were measured in 56 patients with all kinds of renal impairment.,and 30 healthy donor s were similarly examined in control group.Results In the group of renal impairment patients,the lev el of serum Cys C and Scr were increased greatly ( P <0.001),and the level w as more higher the former compared with the later especially in early renal impa irment patient( P <0.025).There is a better negative relationship between seru m CysC and GFR compared with Scr and GRF( r =-0.923 4).Conclusion Serum Cys C is more useful in evaluating GFR,e specially in early renal impairment patients.
