摘要
本文介绍了 Al_2O_3∶Ti^(3+)晶体的多种生长方法,晶体缺陷,晶体化学,吸收和荧光光谱,以及表征晶体质量的两个参数:FOM 值和非指数衰减时间。
In this paper the growth technique,defects,crystal chemistry,spectroscopy,FOM and time of nonexponential decay of Al_2O_3:Ti^(3+) crystalhave been reviewed.The theories of the origin of the infraved absorption bandand the ways of improvement of A1_2O_3:Ti^(3+) crystal quality are particularlydiscussed.
