摘要
研究了 2 氯 6 氟甲苯的合成。以铁粉为还原剂 ,在 10 0℃回流的情况下 ,于氯化亚铁水溶液中将原料 2 氯 6 硝基甲苯还原成 2 氯 6 氯基甲苯 ,根据Balz schieman反应 ,再由2 氯 6 氨基甲苯在工业乙醇溶液中重氮化生成氟硼酸重氮盐 ,最后氟硼酸重氮盐于 14 0℃分解得到产物 2 氯 6 氟甲苯 ,总收率为 6 7 98%。产品经气相色谱检测 ,纯度为 99 2 %。
The synthesis method of 2-chloro-6-fluorotoluene was studied. Iron powder was used as reducer ,and 2-chloro-6-nitrotoluene was reduced to 3-chloro-2-methyloniline by being warmed in ferrous chloride aqueous solution.According to the reaction of Balz-schieman, 3-chloro-2-methyloniline was diazoed and cranked out diazo salt of fluoroboric acid, then it was decomposed to 2-chloro-6-fluorotoluene at 140?℃.The productive percentage is 67.98% by gas phase chromaogtraph. The purity of production is 99.2%. The synthetic method of 2-chloro-6-fluorotoluene was suited to industrial production and has high value. In this experiment ,we also approached productive percentage influene with reduatant, temperature ,and time.
