摘要
利用海牛卵制备的模拟微量混合内切酶体系 ,用基质辅助激光解吸电离 -飞行时间 (MALDI-TOF)质谱技术研究了胰岛素在不同酸碱度和还原条件下的水解和酶解过程。实验结果为研制具有高生物利用度的胰岛素纳米粒口服制剂及选择具有适当耐酸碱及还原特性的包装材料提供了科学依据。
Using simulated micro mixed endopeptidase system prepared with crushed sea slug eggs, the hydrolysis and enzymolysis of insulin under different pH and reductive conditions were studied by MALDI TOF mass spectrometry. The experimental results provide scientific data for the development of nanoparticle oral insulin agent with high bioavailability factor and for the selection of packing materials with suitable acid base endurance and reductive property.
