摘要
分析了太原钢铁公司尖山矿铁精矿滤饼水分偏高的具体原因 ,进行了多种助滤剂降低滤饼水分的试验。试验结果表明 ,由活性炭粉、NaCl和OT混合而成的复合助滤剂具有良好的助滤效果 ,当加入量为 3 5 0~ 3 80g/t时 ,滤饼水分最高降低 1.3 6% ,水分相对降低率约 10 %以上。
The specific factors leading to high moisture of the iron concentrate cake produced by Jianshan Mine, Taiyuan Iron & Steel Complex were analysed. The tests were carried out for reducing the cake moisture using several filter aids. The results have shown that the moisture filter aid which are composed of activated carbon powder, NaCl and OT has a good filtration-aiding effect. At a dosage of 350~380 g/t, the cake moisture can be reduced by up to 1.36%, with a relative reduction rate of cake moisture being 10%.
