摘要
在等温积分反应器中研究了四川西南化工研究院研制的新型甲醇合成催化剂XNC-98的本征动力学。实验采用的催化剂为60~80目的细颗粒催化剂,实验压力为4~5MPa,反应温度为210~260°C,空速为8000~12000h-1。采用了Langmuir-Hinshelwood本征动力学模型。用改进的高斯-牛顿法确定动力学模型参数。残差分析和统计检验结果表明,所得到的本征动力学模型与实验数据吻合良好,为采用细颗粒催化剂的三相淤浆床甲醇合成反应器的设计提供了理论依据。
The intrinsic reaction kinetics of XNC98 catalyst for methanol synthesis developed by southwest research institute of chemical industry in Sichuan province has been studied in an isothermal integral reactor. The fine grain catalyst of 60~80 meshes have been used. The pressure ranges from 4 MPa to 5 MPa, the temperature is 210~260°C and the space velocity is 8 000~12 000 h-1. The LangmuirHinshelwood type intrinsic kinetic model is used. The improved GaussNewton method is used to confirm the parameters of the kinetic model. The statistic test and residual error distribution show that LH type intrinsic kinetic model can suit for the reaction condition and can be used to design the threephase methanol synthesis reactor.
