摘要
本文结合SFMEA和SFTA方法,提出了一种提高软件可靠性的逆向综合分析模型。首先,采用SFTA建立软件故障分析树;其次,根据故障模式确定严酷度等级定义表;最后,利用SFMEA列出故障分析结果,根据结果总结软件设计过程中几个重要环节,并提出了相应的改进措施。移动终端软件测试的实例应用表明,这种模型有助于提高软件可靠性,保证软件质量。
In combiantion of SFMEA and SFTA methods,a reverse comprehensive analysis model to improve the reliability of software is proposed. Firstly,SFTA is adopted to build software fault analysis tree; secondly,severity- level definition list is determined in accordance with the fault mode; finally,fault analysis results are listed via SFMEA. And based on the results,several important links in the software design procedure are summarized,relevant improvement measures also offered. Mobile terminal software tests show that this model can improve the reliability and ensure the quality of software.
