摘要
对影响充油丁苯橡胶SBR1739门尼黏度的因素进行了研究,考察了环保型芳烃油填充量、基础胶门尼黏度、相对分子质量调节剂用量、聚合反应转化率、结合苯乙烯含量等工艺参数对充油丁苯橡胶SBR1739门尼黏度的影响,确定了保证充油丁苯橡胶SBR1739门尼黏度较为优化的工艺。
Influence factor of Mooney viscosity of oil extended SBR was studied.The effects of amount of environment-friendly aromatic oil,Mooney viscosity of base-gel,amount of molecular weight regulator,polymerization conversion rate,bound styrene content on Mooney viscosity of oil extended SBR were investigated.The process of controlling Mooney viscosity of oil extended SBR was determined.
