摘要
针对履带式设备标称的平均接地比压不能真实反映设备使用过程中地基的受压情况,且现有文献中没有对实际接地比压进行系统论述的实际情况,本文建立了履带式设备工作过程的等效模型,基于履带接地面积内比压呈平面分布的假设,系统推导了各种工况下最大接地比压的计算公式,包括设备重心在行走部X向对称面、Y向对称面、不在行走部对称面上三种工况下设备接地比压计算模型。为了保证设备工作过程中接地比压尽可能均匀分布,要求履带接地面积内任意位置的接地比压大于0,文中分别给出了三种工况下重心位置的约束条件,用以指导接地比压的设计和分析。
During the use of caterpillar equipment, the average ground pressure could not reflect actual ground pressure of caterpillar equipment. In existent researching files, there is no systematic exposition of actual ground pressure of caterpillar equipment. In response to this problem, the equivalent model of caterpillar equipment is established. Based on the assumption of actual ground pressure distribution as plane in the area of overlap of track and ground, the actual ground pressure under various conditions is analyzed. The center of gravity is on X symmetric plane, the center of gravity is on Y symmetric plane, the center of gravity is not on symmetric plane, three computational model are provided. In order to ensure that the distribution of ground pressure is even, the actual ground pressure is greater than or equal to zero at any position of the area of overlap of track and ground, the restrictive condition of the center of gravity is provided, which can be used to guide the design and analysis on the ground pressure.
