司徒夫(Christophe Peres),1966年出生在法国南部有着传奇色彩的塔西提岛上。他能说一口流利的汉语,信风水,喜看手相。司徒夫对东方神秘文化心仪已久,他相信一位手相大师说的,自己前身是四川的一名僧人。《裸奔》一书记载着司徒夫独自骑自行车从喀什到北京,为中国心脏病儿童募捐的旅程。"裸奔的含义就是告诉大家,我这次的慈善行动是在百分之百透明的情况下进行的。"司徒夫说。如今的他,正在上海为那些老建筑的新生命继续奔波。
In his new book Nude Run, Frenchman Christophe Peres recounts his cross-China bicycle tour in 2001 to raise funds for LocaL children threatened by heart disease and other serious illnesses. Peres' 130-day trip started in Kashgar in Northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,and then he rode across Tibet,Yunnan,Guangdong,Hong Kong,Zhejiang,Jiangsu,Shandong and back to Beijing.
