大跨度带腹拱V形支撑连续梁桥0#块有限元分析 被引量:3

Finite Element Analysis on 0# Block of Long Span Continuous Girder Bridge with V-shaped Support and Abdominal Arch

摘要 依托桂林龙门大桥新建工程项目,利用Midas Civil建立V形支撑0#块的有限元模型,对施工过程中的变形和应力进行分析。分析结果表明:在V形支撑0#块拆除支架以前,由于临时拉索的作用,结构的变形和应力不大;拆除支架后,结构的变形和应力达到施工过程中的最大值,在腹拱的拱顶以及对应的主梁出现最大挠度,在V形支撑的根部截面上缘出现最大拉应力,故而需要在V形支撑的根部安装应力监控装置。最后,通过V形支撑根部截面的内力计算截面配筋,并同实际配筋数量比较,表明V形支撑根部截面在施工过程中的应力和承载能力满足规范要求。 Relying on the new construction project of Longmen Bridge in Guilin,the finite element model of0#block with V-shaped support was established by Midas Civil to analyze the deformation and stress during the construction process.The analysis results showed that due to the role of the temporary cable,the deformation and stress of the structure was not large.After the 0#block with V-shaped support was removed,the deformation and stress of 0#block reached the maximum value during the construction process.The maximum deflection appeared in the arch of the abdominal arch and the corresponding main beam.The maximum tensile stress appeared at the upper edge of the root section of V-shaped support,and stress monitoring device should be installed at the root of the V-shaped support.At the end of the paper,the cross-section reinforcement was calculated by the internal force of the root section of V-shaped support,and compared with the actual reinforcement quantity,the stress and bearing capacity of the root section of V-shaped support during the construction process met the requirements of the specification.
