摘要
选择常用的ZL101A、ZL201A铸造铝合金和2A50、2A14、2A12、7A04变形铝合金,采用挤压铸造工艺制备了100mm×150mm的试样,进行了微观组织观察和力学性能测试。结果表明,试验合金在挤压铸造状态下为晶粒细小的铸态组织,拉伸试样断口形貌呈韧性断裂特征,ZL101A、ZL201A、2A50、2A14、2A12、7A04合金在此压为200 MPa下的抗拉强度分别为295、385、340、425、425、475 MPa,屈服强度分别为220、225、310、390、320、410 MPa,伸长率分别为8.0%、15.5%、4.5%、3.5%、9.5%、7.5%,冲击韧度分别为4.0、12.0、4.0、3.0、3.0、3.5J·cm-2,硬度(HB)分别为95、106、117、142、126、145。
The samples with 100 mm×150 mm of commercial aluminum alloys including ZL101A,ZL201A,2A50,2A14,2A12and 7A04were prepared by squeezing casting to analyze microstructures and mechanical properties.The results show that all these alloys prepared by squeeze castings exhibit fine grain structure,and the tensile-ruptured samples are characterized by the plastic fracture mode.The mechanical properties of ZL101A,ZL201A,2A50,2A14,2A12and 7A04aluminum alloys are presented as follows at 200MPa:the tensile strength of 295,385,340,425,425,475MPa,respectively;the yield strength of 220,225,310,390,320,410 MPa,respectively;the elongation of 8.0%,15.5%,4.5%,3.5%,9.5%,7.5%,respectively;the impact toughness of 4.0,12.0,4.0,3.0,3.0,3.5J·cm-2,respectively;and the hardness(HB)of 95,106,117,142,126,145,respectively.
