摘要
研究了机械振动对H62黄铜凝固组织和硬度的影响。结果表明,在凝固过程中施加机械振动可以明显改善H62黄铜的凝固组织,使其由粗大的柱状晶转变为等轴晶,同时对改善中心疏松及组织均匀化有明显的影响;随着振幅的增大,组织细化效果越来越显著,硬度逐渐提高。
Effects of mechanical vibration on solidification structure and hardness of H62brass were investigated by changing amplitude.The results show that solidification structure of H62brass can be improved significantly by mechanical vibration,which is converted from coarse columnar crystal to equiaxed crystal.Meanwhile,mechanical vibration has obvious effects on shrinkage porosity in central part and on homogenization of microstructure.With the increase of amplitude,the grain size is decreased and hardness of the alloy is increased.
