摘要
目的研究马齿苋 (Purslane)的 2种不同形式 (新鲜、干品 )对大鼠脂质代谢紊乱的预防作用。方法在建立大鼠高脂模型的基础上 ,观察新鲜及干品马齿苋对大鼠血脂水平的影响及抗氧化作用。结果 2种马齿苋均能明显降低高脂、高胆固醇饮食大鼠血清总胆固醇 (totalcholesterol,TC)、甘油三脂 (triglyceride ,TG) (P <0 .0 1)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (lowdensitylipoproteincholesterol,LDL C)的含量 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,明显降低血清、肝脏的脂质过氧化 (lipidhyperoxidation ,LPO)及动脉硬化指数 (arteriosclerosisindex ,AI) (P <0 .0 5 ) ;明显增加血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (highdensitylipoproteincholesterol,HDL C)的含量和血清、肝脏超氧化物歧化酶 (superoxidedismutase ,SOD)的活性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 2种马齿苋具有明显的降低高血脂 。
ObjectiveTo study the effects of two kinds of fresh Purslane juice, extract of Chinese medical herbs in prevention of lipid metabolism disorders in rats. MethodsOn the basis of establishing hyperlipidema rat model, the blood lipid and antioxidative capacity were investigated. ResultsBoth fresh Purslane juice and extract of Chinese medical herbs Purslane reduced significantly the serum total cholesterol (TC),triglycerides (TG) (P< 0.01 ), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL C), lipid hyperoxidation (LPO) contents both in serum and liver and arteriosclerosis index (AI) (P< 0.05 ), increased high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL C) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities in blood and liver in rats fed with a high fat and cholesterol diets (P< 0.05 ). ConclusionTwo kinds of Purslanes can significantly lower blood lipid and inhibit lipid hyperoxidation formation.
