经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术与传统TURP术疗效比较 被引量:11

摘要 目的 :比较经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术 (PKRP)与传统经尿道前列腺电切术 (TURP)的治疗效果。方法 :采用PKRP术治疗前列腺增生症 (BPH ) 45例与同期采用传统TURP术的 66例做比较。结果 :两种方法的手术时间、术后IPSS减分率及尿流率改善差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5) ;但与传统TURP术比较PKRP术出血更少 ,无低钠血症及水中毒 (TURS) ,发生被膜损伤少而轻。结论 :两种经尿道 (TUR)手术都是治疗BPH的有效方法 ;PKRP有止血好、安全度大、对机体生理功能影响小、并发症少等优点 。 Objective:To compare the efficacy of operation o f transurethal plasmakinetic resection of prostate(PKRP) with conventional TURP for BPH.Methods:To review and compare the managements of 45 patients wit h BPH treated by PKRP and 66 patients treated by TURP.Results:There were no significant difference in the duration of procedure, the postoperative IPSS and the urinary flow rate between two groups. Compared with TURP, PKRP seemed to be less intraoperative bleeding and damage of prostate surgical membranes. No hyponatremia and TURS occurred in PKRP. Conclusions:Two operation are useful for the treatment of BPH. P KRP appears to have an advantage of more safety and easier blood controls with l ess physical damage and complication. It is an superior efficient TUR operation.
