冷锻炼下高羊茅抗冻性的变化与碳水化合物和脯氨酸含量的关系 被引量:32

摘要 4/2℃ (昼 /夜 )诱导 10d ,高羊茅叶片、根颈中以蔗糖、果糖为主的可溶性糖类和脯氨酸含量逐渐升高 ,淀粉含量缓慢降低 ,总可溶性糖与淀粉的比值明显增加 ,相应部位的抗冻性显著增强 ;根系中可溶性糖类含量和LT50 都无显著变化。结果表明 ,可溶性糖类含量的增加是造成高羊茅抗冻性增强的重要因素 ,叶片、根颈和根系中可溶性糖类含量及积累动态的不同可能是构成其对冷锻炼响应不同的重要生理基础。 During the 10 d period of cold acclimation at 4/2 ℃(day/night),the concentrations of sucrose,fructose,total soluble carbohydrates(TSC)and proline,and the ratio of TSC to starch were increased,and concentration of starch was decreased in leaves and crowns of tall fescue( Festuca arundinacea ),which resulted in improvement of freezing tolerance in corresponding organs.However no significant changes were observed in roots.It is suggested that the differences and trends of carbohydrate concentration in the leaves,crowns and roots might be an important physiological foundation for freezing tolerant response to cold acclimation.
