用SDS PAGE方法对国内外 2 93份小麦品种 (系 )Waxy蛋白进行了鉴定 ,筛选出缺Wx A1的材料 2份 ;缺Wx B1的材料 15份 ,其中 14份材料为本研究首次发现 ;缺Wx D1的材料 2份 ;同时缺失Wx A1和Wx B1的材料 2份 ;全缺的材料 3份。利用分子标记对不同的Waxy蛋白缺失类型进行了鉴定 ,开发了一个Wx
The types of Waxy protein of 293 wheat varieties or lines introduced from various countries were identified by SDS PAGE method.Two varieties were identified to be the type with null in Wx A1 protein;fifteen with null in Wx B1,among them fourteen were discovered in the present research;two with null in Wx D1;two with null both Wx A1 and Wx B1 subunit and three null in all Wx protein.Different null types of Waxy protein were also identified by using PCR based molecular markers published by other researchers and a new co dominant STS(special tagged sequence)marker at Wx A1 locus was developed.
