论高校高水平运动员的文化科学素质教育 被引量:6

The Cultural Education of Top-level Athletes in Universities

摘要 针对高水平运动员在接受文化素质教育中所面临的底子薄、时间少的难题,从高水平运动员的个性特征和高等教育的培养目标入手进行分析与研究,摸索出加强学校管理力度;采用学分制教学管理模式;创新人才培养模式;精心组织教材教法,因材施教;教练员全面负责制和运动员心理内化教育的办法,均是解决这一难题的有效途径。 Although there are many difficulties in cultural education for top-level athletes in universities because of their bad elementary knowledge and less time for study。following methods are proposed to solve these problems from the perspective of the personal characteristics of athletes and objective of higher education:strengthening the management of university introducing the credit system in teaching administration reforming the education pattern of talented people,well choosing teaching materials and techniques teaching students in accordance of their aptitude,coach entirely taking charge Of athletes and paying attention to their psycho logy changes,etc..
