摘要
目的 探讨肝脏双期扫描的最佳时机及螺旋扫描参数。方法 在正常组和肝硬化组以1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0毫升/秒注射速度注射100毫升造影剂,注射后的20秒、60秒分别开始扫描肝脏动脉期和门脉期,最后测定20、25、30、65、70、75秒时的腹主动脉、肝实质、门静脉和下腔静脉的CT值,并作t检验。结果与结论(1)2.0mL/s的造影剂注射速度和注射后20秒开始扫描可以获得最佳的肝脏动脉期图像,对小肝癌的早期诊断有着重要的作用;(2)采用小的螺距,和较大的螺距值来扫描可以提高CT图像质量并减少病人所接受的辐射剂量。
Objective To investigate the best time for hepatic double-phase scanning and helico-scanning parameters. Methods The scanning of hepatic artery phase and of portal phase were respectively started 20 seconds and 60 seconds after the injection of 100ml of contrast medium at the injection speed of 1.5ml,2.0ml,2.5ml, 3.0ml per second to the control group and the group of hepatocirrhosis,then the CT values of abdominal arota,liver parenchyma,portal vein and inferior vena cava at 20,25,30, 65,70 and 75 seconds after scanning were measured and the Nexamination was made. Results and Conclusion; (1) The best image of hepatic artery phase could be gained by scanning started 20 seconds after the injection of contrast medium at the speed of 2.0 ml per second,which is of great importance for the early diagnosis of smaller hepatic cancers. (2)By adopting small pich and bigger pich value, the quality of CT images could be improved and the dose of radiation that patients take in would be reduced.
