摘要
乙氧基喹(Ethoxyquin)是食品、饲料的抗氧化剂,目前已得到广泛的研究和应用。鱼粉添加乙氧基喹以减低不饱和脂肪酸的氧化速度,避免贮存和运输过程中因脂肪氧化发热而燃烧。食用油脂中加入乙氧基喹同样能起到抗氧防止油酸败的作用。
A procedure for the determination of ethoxyquin in fish meal, oils and fats by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detector is presented. Being extracted with n-hexane and washed with water, ethoxyquin was analyzed on a Z-Module column packed with μ Bondapak C18. The method is simple, rapid, and accurate. The results from the determination of the import and export fish meal, oils and fats were satisfactory.
