摘要 在前文中,我们报道了毛细管胶束电动色谱(MECC)的原理、装置,电中性物质的分离以及各物理因素对分离的影响。本文在前文的基础上,对MECC中保留时间重现性,峰高、峰面积定量的重现性、线性和检测限等进行了较为系统的研究,并讨论了进样时间对峰高和峰面积的影响。 Fu Xiaogun, Lu Jiande and ZhuAn, The Center of Analysis and Tenting,Zhijiang University, Hangzhou,310027In this paper,the quantitation and the reproducibility of retention time in MECC have been discussed. Thereproducibility of peak area and peak height for repeated injection of constant amount of samples,the linear range of quantitation and the minimum detectable concentration were studied. The influence of injection time by siphoning on peak area and peak height was examined. The coefficients of variation were 2. 3-3. 4 % for peak height and 3. 5-4. 2% for peak area. The reproducibility of the determination of samples by internal standard method was good with a coefficient of variation of about 2% for both peak area and peak height.
