由原来以大学为主,逐渐转变为以专门机构和教师在职的中小学为主,是中小学教师,包括本科学历初中教师职后培训机构转变的一个主要趋势;建构高效率、低成本、开放的能够充分调动大学、专门的培训机构、教师专业团体和中小学等多方面积极性的模式,是中小学教师,包括本科学历初中教师职后培训模式改革的一个主要目标;普通文化学科、执教学科和教育学科三方面,是中小学教师,包括本科学历初中教师职后培训的主要内容.
The main trend in the on-the-job training instit utions for the teachers in primary and middle schools,including the teachers w ith a bachelor’ s degree, is turning from colleges towards special organizatio ns and p rimary and middle schools.The aim of reforming the on-the-job training model is to establish a model of high efficiency,low cost and motivating colleges, s p ecial organizations, teachers associations and primary and middle schools. The main contents of on-the-job training are common education course,special c o urse and pedagogical course.
