摘要
为开发四川省丰富的水电资源,川电将通过三峡电站东送华中电网,与此同时湖南电网也将接收三峡和金沙江电力。建议将原新建湖南与华中电网间的第三回500kV联络线改为新建川渝与华中电网的第三回500kV联络线以实现川电东送湖南。初步研究表明该方案不仅能增加川电外送能力,也有利于促进湘渝地区水电资源的开发。
In order to exploiture the hydropower of Sichuan,the electricty of Sichuan will be transmitted to Centre China Power Grid while the electricity of Three Gorge and Jinshajiang River being transmitted to Hunan Power Grid.Its suggested that building the third 500kV tie-line of Sichuan and Qongqing Power Grid interconnected with Centre China Power Grid instead of the line of Hunan Power Grid interconnected with Centre China Power Gritrunk network of Hunan power system so as to realizing the electricity transmission from Sichuan to Hunan Power Network.It indicate that the project will increase the ability of electricity transmission from Sichuan and make for exploituring the hydropower of Hunan and Sichuan by pilot study.
