ONP Deinking by Complex Cellulases with Different Optimal pH

摘要 简要分析了废报纸(ONP)的基本特性,主要探讨了浮选和洗涤对脱墨浆白度的影响,并在优化纤维素酶作用条件的基础上,研究了中性和酸性纤维素酶对ONP脱墨浆白度和强度的影响,并与化学脱墨法进行了比较。结果表明,洗涤和浮选对ONP脱墨浆的白度作用相当,但二者结合能取得最佳的脱墨效果;中性纤维素酶在提高ONP脱墨浆白度方面好于酸性纤维素酶和化学脱墨法。 The characteristics of ONP were determined by means of chemical analysis, Bauer McNett classification, microscopy and SEM-EDXA analyzer as well as Kajaani FS-100 fiber analyzer. Based on optimizing cellulase reaction conditions, brightness and properties of deinked pulps (DIP) which were pretreated by complex cellulases with different optimal pH value and followed by flotation and /or washing were compared with that from the conventional chemical process. Results indicated that the brightness gains from flotation was similar to washing, the combination of both processes could give best deinking benefits. Neutral cellulase process was superior to the acidic one and chemical process in DIP brightness gains.
